Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Permanent teeth(study sample is based on no. of roots) Clinically diagnosed with chronic apical periodontitis No history of antibiotics use in last 3 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Periodontally compromised teeth with gradeIII mobility Endodontically non-salvageable teeth Immunocmpromised patients/systemic illness Root anomalies History of allergy to calcium hydroxide,iodoform and antibiotics in TAP
