Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All cases of isolated unilateral intertrochanteric femur fractures 2. Age more than18 years, 3. Patients consented to participate are included in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. All open injuries and Pathological fractures 2. Patients refused to participate in this program, 3. Patients with associated injuries (such as head injury, abdominal injury, or other bone injuries), 4. Patients with a subtrochanteric femur fracture, 5. Patients with a intra-capsular femur fracture.
