Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients who are having traumatic hemothorax and hemopneumothorax Patients presenting within 24 hrs of trauma
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient who dies within 24 hours of admission Hemodynamically unstable patients
