Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Parent/legal guardian of children who allow child to voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent form along with assent form signed from children above 12 years Skaters age group between 10-16 years Skaters with minimum 1 year experience Skaters skating classes for a minimum of 2 hours, 4 days/ week

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria: Participants with recent ankle injuries Recent lower limb fractures Neurological impairments
