Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who fulfilled the criteria for diagnosis of migraine headache based on International Classification of Headache Disorders-III (ICHD-III) diagnostic criteria 2.Age = 18 to = 65 years 3.Patients with severe migraine as per MIDAS score

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients already supplementing vitamin D in the preceding 3 months (any dose) 2.Patients having secondary headache like sinusitis, deviated nasal septum, contact headache, concha bullosa, or any radiological investigation showing structural brain lesion 3.Patients with chronic liver or kidney disease, and patients undergoing treatment for any malignancy.
