Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy individuals screened by Swasthya scale 2. Individuals of both gender irrespective of socioeconomic status, education etc 3. subjects aged between 18 to 30 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals who donot fit to the criterias of Swasthya scale 2. Subjects who are above the age of 30 and below the age of 18 years 3. Subjects with metabolic disorders, chronic systemic illnesses etc.
