Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Frozen shoulder since upto 2 years (phase 1 & 2). Age 20-70 years irrespective of sex, religion etc. Controlled diabetes mellitus. Patients indicated for agnikarma

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Uncontrolled Diabetes mellitus. Patients contraindicated for Agnikarma. Recent history of trauma in the affected shoulder

MeasureTime frame
Agnikarma with Dashmoola kwatha are effective in the management of Avabahuka (frozen shoulder) assessment will assessed by:- -VAS scale and gradation -Muscle power -Sensory examinations -Active ranges of movements (ROM),the active ROM namely flexion, extension, abduction, adduction, internal rotation & external rotations will recorded according to the actual values of goniometric readings.Timepoint: Agnikarma Locally(4 sitting at 7 days interval)-28 days Physiotherapy (Daily) - 28 days

1.To promote the simple, traditional and cost effective treatment of management of avabahuka 2.To promote the innovative treatment of avabahuka. 3.To study the frozen shoulder as per modern text and Avabahuka as per Ayurvedic text.Timepoint: Agnikarma Locally(4 sitting at 7 days interval)-28 days Physiotherapy (Daily) - 28 days
