Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All age 18yr to 60yr ASA GRADE 1 AND 2 ONLY

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Clinically significant cardiovascular, pulmonary, hepatic, neurologic or metabolic diseases. Hypersensitivity to bupivacaine. Patients with difficult airway. Bleeding diathesis or on anticoagulant therapy. Pregnancy. Facial trauma and facial palsy
