Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects presenting with Pratyatma Lakshana of Pravruddha Amavata Subjects of RA Presenting sign and symptoms mentioned in 2010 ACR/EULAR classification with scoring more than 6 Subjects fit for basti karma Chronicity of less than 10 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Connective tissue disorders other than Rheumatoid Arthritis Diagnosed cases of systemic disorders like chronic heart disease chronic renal failure and chronic liver disease which may interfere with the course of the treatment Subjects unfit for Basti Karma.
