Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Unmarried females 2 Primary dysmenorrhea with moderate to severe pain in most of the cycles for minimum 6 months 3 Patient having regular cycle of menstruation 4 Females who are willing to give informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Age less than 15 and more than 30 2 Married women 3 Secondary dysmenorrhea with Underlying gynecology problem 4 Using medical and non-medical methods for treatment of dysmenorrhea in recent 6 months
