Interventions

Intervention1: 10 eyes will go for Traditional Phacoemulsification with Intraocular lens implantation: One time intervention in one eye of surgery duration of around 30 to 45 minutes Control Intervent

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a) Axial length between 18.5-20.5 mm b) Cataract grading (LOCS III) not more than NC3/NC4 c) RCS thickness not more than 2 mm d) ACD more than 2.5 mm e) Lens thickness not more than 4.5 mm f) Corneal diameter more than 11 mm

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a) Patient requires sclerostomy b) Preexisting corneal or Retinal pathology c) Mono ocular patient
