Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All the patients giving consent for the study Cases of sciatica diagnosed with positive SLRT and/or Slump Test Cases with prominent Xray findings of sciatica Cases of Sciatica with the following symptoms: Constant or intermittent pain anywhere in the the course of the sciatic nerve Sharp, shooting pain anywhere in the course of the sciatic nerve Burning or tingling sensation anywhere in the course of the sciatic nerve
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Advanced cases With bladder involvement, Degeneration of spine,Spinal or Intraspinal Tumors, Lumbar canal stenosis, Deformity in the vertebral column Scoliosis, Kyphosis, Lordosis Any lesion of the sciatic nerve (ICD-10 criteria G57.0)12 Any lesion due to intervertebral disc disorder. Immuno-compromised patients such as those suffering from HIV, Hepatitis B or C etc. Pregnant women and lactating mothers will not be included in the study. Cases with multi-systemic illness will be excluded from the study as cases with advanced pathology. Patients who are not willing to give informed consent. Patients taking other treatments for Sciatica.
