Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with Chronic rhinosinusitis with or without polyposis Patients who offered informed written consent to undergo functional endoscopic sinus surgery. Patients from 18 years to 60 years of age.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients allergic to betametasone or ciprofloxacin Patients with Sinonasal neoplasia Patients with Glaucoma Pregnancy Patients with Bleeding disorders
