Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Both married and unmarried women having clinical feature of udavartini yonivyapad . 2.Patients complaining of udavartini yonivyapad having any two or all of the following symptoms:Ruk (pain), Artava Vimukte tu tatkshana labhate sukham (once the menstrual blood is discharged the woman feels relieved),Sa phenila (frothy menstruation),Baddharaktam (discharge of clotted blood) 3.ASSOCIATED SYMPTOMS:Hrillasa (Nausea),Chhardi (Vomiting),Vibandha (Constipation),Shirahshula (Headache) 4.Patients having pain for at least first 2 days of the cycle.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Cases of secondary dysmenorrhoea with pelvic pathology, UTI, PID (Pelvic inflammatory disease), Fibroid, Adenomyosis, Cervical Stenosis, Endometriosis, DUB, Endometrial Polyp. 2.Patients with IUCD. 3.The patient taking hormonal therapy. 4.Heavy bleeding during menstruation.
