Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with fissure in ano aged between 18-65 years. 2. Both male and female patients are included.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant/ Lactating women. 2. Patients with significant cardiovascular disease 3. Inflammatory bowel disease, Tuberculosis and Malignancy. 4. Previous anal surgery. 5. Associated with hemorrhoids and fistula.
