Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All ASA PS I II and III patients undergoing lower limb surgeries

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal contraindications to spinal anesthesia like local anesthetic allergy, infection, increased intracranial pressure, preexisting neurological defecit
