Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients having two or more clinical features of Asthikshaya like pain in bones, hair fall, skin and nail dryness, fatigue, joint loosening. Patients with BMD (t-score) greater than 2.4 Patients with age group of 30 to 60 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with history of any fracture or is operated within 12 months. Pregnant and lactating women. Patients taking calcium supplements.
