Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Advanced gynecological cancer patients without any previous history of pshychological disorders and who are influenced in Malayalam and English
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Early stage gynecological cancer patients and not influent in english and malayalam and not consenting for the study
