Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients planned for undergoing haemorrhoidectomy Adults above 18 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy Patients with hemorrhoids undergoing other perianal procedures in same sitting. Immunocompromised patient patient with HIV; receiving steroids due to any indication; patient with malignancy. Patient with diagnosed bleeding disorders. Patient with contraindications to analgesics that will be used.
