Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age group between 18-45 years with HOMA IR 2.5 or above Satisfying any two of the features as per Rotterdam criteria i.e. Irregular menstrual cycles, hyperandrogenism (features like excess hair growth), presence of cyst in USG Willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant and lactating mother Diagnosed case of Irregular menstrual bleeding caused by conditions such as uterine polyps or fibroids Diagnosed case of Uncontrolled hypo or hyperthyroidism Post hysterectomy or endometrial ablation HbA1c greater than 10
