Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA physical status 2 and 3, Patient undergoing electrive LSCS under spinal anaesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: drug allergy,local anaesthetic toxicity,Major systemic disease,BMI more than 35 Kg per m2,Weight more than 50 kg, Bleeding diathesis,Infection at the site of block,Peripheral neuropathy,Severe pre eclampsia/ eclampsia,Intra operative complications like PPH
