Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Nurses working in teaching and clinical setting who have Given consent for participation Diploma /University degree in nursing and employed in teaching or clinical setting work experience of at least three months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Nurses Who voluntarily chose to withdraw from the study Prior experience in the meditation technique in the last six months With heart disease Glaucoma and hypertension Who smoke and drink alcohol Who are pregnant
