Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 18 years or above within 24 hours of admission to trauma ICU

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Chronic kidney disease stage 3 and 4 Long standing hypertension Diabetes mellitus Renal artery stenosis Congenital renal anomalies Difficult abdominal window/Poor echogenicity Expected ICU stay less than 72 hours Pregnant women 9. Post-kidney transplant
