Intervention1: Comparison of the effects of Sugammadex with Neostigmine in patients with burns undergoing surgery.: Group A:Patients under general anaesthesia will be given reversal with Sugammadex- 2

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing general anaesthesia with steroidal non-depolarizing neuromuscular blocking agents e.g. rocuronium, vecuronium. 2.Patients with ASA I and ASA II grade. 3.Patients in the age group 18-70 years of age. 4.Patients with 5-50% body surface area burns.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with pre-operative pulmonary complications. 2.Patients allergic to Sugammadex. 3. Patients with severe renal impairment 4.Patients on hormonal contraceptive pills. 5.Patients with deranged coagulation profile. 6.Pregnant and lactating mothers.
