Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients with completed growth of the maxillofacial complex and has a class II, class III deformity in need of mandibular advancement or set back.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients presenting with any craniofacial syndrome or disease that could compromise vocal fold or tract functionality will be excluded
