Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.patient fulfilling the diagnosis criteria 2.patient between the ages of 18-60 years . 3.both types of gridhrashi roga.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients suffering from pathological condition like bone tumor, spine tuberculosis etc. 2.Patients of diabetes mellitus and with other chronic disorders which may affect the outcome of the study. 3.Pregnant/ lactating woman
