Inclusion criteria: Age (18 to 80 Years) Unilateral or Bilateral Hernia Elective surgery Primary Hernia Repair

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age less than 18 years of Age Obstructed Hernia Strangulated Hernia Irreducible Hernia Patient Not willing for Surgery Reccurent Hernia
