Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Recreational badminton players 2. Players with experience of at least 2 years, playing a minimum of 5 days per week and at least 1 hour per day

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any musculoskeletal injury affecting the core, lower extremity, or balance within the last 3 months. 2. Severe cardiopulmonary, neurological, or musculoskeletal disorders. 3. Major surgery in the last 6 months. 4. Individuals involved in any other sports
