Intervention1: Hot mud and Mustard mixed application: Mud with Mustard powder mixed will be heated up to 45 C with the use of water then it will be applied to the affected knee covering an area of 5 c

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects diagnosed as OAK, according to American College of Rheumatology diagnostic criteria for osteoarthritis of knee will be included in this study 2. Both genders 3. Age: 40 to 65 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia, active or recurrent pseudo-gout, cancer, or other severe health conditions. 2. Use of oral steroids in the past four weeks. 3. Administration of intra-articular hyaluronate in the past six months. 4. A history of kidney or liver failure 5. Undergoing knee arthroscopy in the past year. 6. Major knee injury in the past six months 7. Receipt of intra-articular knee depo-corticosteroids in the last three months 8. Current pregnancy or plans to become pregnant 9. Any rash or open wound present over the knee area.
