Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a.Patient in age range of 18 to 70 years b.Patients with Completely edentulous upper and lower arches c.Patient willing to provide infomed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a.Patients is currently a smoker or quit smoking less than 1 year b.Pregnant and lactating women c.Patients in whom immediate implants are placed d.Patients who have received or are on chemotherapy or radiotherapy or drugs that interfere with implant integration e.Patients having any surgical or congenital mandibular defects f.Patient having any Systemic conditions that can influenced gingival health g.Patient who have a systemic condition that is contraindicated for placement of implants
