Inclusion criteria: faculty and residents of Department of Anaesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Residents on district residency posting. Faculty and Residents who are not willing to be a part of the study Faculty and Residents on long leave

MeasureTime frame
The primary objectives will be to evaluate the role of mini-CEX as an assessment/learning tool in Anaesthesiology and Critical Care of APGS and faculty members. The secondary objectives will be to assess the improvement in scores over using for 3 months and to introduce, sensitise, and train our faculty and PGS in the use of mini-CEX.Timepoint: 3 months
