Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient between 35 - 70 years of age Patinet having lower back pain radiating to buttock, thigh, calf, foot Patient with positive SLRT Patient who are fit for basti karma

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient below 35 years of age and above 70 years of age of either sex

To reduce the symptoms of Sciatica, assessed using Straight Leg raise test, Bragards test, Modified roland morris Sciatica questionnaire, Sciatica frequency index and Sciatica bothersome indexTimepoint: Patient will be assessed for 8 days, followed up for every 15 days for a period of 2 months—
