Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA physiologic state I and II both sexes Patients of either sex aged 18-60 years of undergoing elective laparoscopic surgery Patient giving written informed consent will be taken

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with cardiac diseases, lung disorders, alcoholism, obesity, pregnancy and patients undergoing emergency surgery, Patients with uncontrolled hypertension, uncontrolled Diabetes, previous history of stroke, on any medications for neuro-psychiatric disorder, anticipated difficult airway

MeasureTime frame
Time for successful insertion. (Device in hand to Visible ETCO2 graph on the monitor and acceptable pressure and leak)Timepoint: time of successful insertion measured in seconds and minutes

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Oropharyngeal Leak Pressure, Sore throat Ease & required attempts for SAD insertion. Required attempts for gastric tube placement. Quality of airway with controlled ventilation during maintenance of anaesthesia. Complications Timepoint: time of successful insertion measured in seconds & minutes
