Inclusion criteria: Pts having sign and symptoms of Shuskakshipaka (DES) as mentioned in Diagnostic criteria Schirmer test finding should be less than 15mm Snehapana Yogya

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Snehapan Ayogya Patient having any General debilitating condition will be excluded. Systemic inflammatory diseases: e.g., Sjogren syndrome Neurological conditions: e.g., Parkinson disease, Bell s palsy, Trigeminal neuralgia Punctal occlusion: Temporary or Permanent
