Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1-year post diagnosis with hypertension (systolic blood pressure of 140 mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure of 90 mmHg). Participants with non-compliance related to at least one risk factor that will be focused in the educational video or people with BP reading not adequately controlled instead of including all hypertensive patients. Participants who are not following recommended steps to manage at least one risk factor that the educational video addresses (like diet, exercise, or medication adherence) Have high blood pressure that is not well controlled. Stage 1 hypertension

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe acute illness that needs hospital admission or medical rest. Physical disabilities preventing participation in exercise Participation in other structured exercise programs Secondary hypertension
