Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients will be selected on the basis of signs and symptoms of Ajirna. 2.Vibandha(constipation) due to Ajirna will be included. 3.Patients having Udara gaurava and Vistambha compulsorily and any of the other 2 symptoms mentioned in diagnostic criteria. 4.Symptoms not lasting beyond 3 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Age of patient less than 18 years and more than 50 years 2. Patients suffering from any chronic and systemic illness 3. Pregnant women and lactating women 4. Ajirna as a symptom of other diseases or due to any drug/treatment/therapy 5. Patients having any established pathology of gastro intestinal tract 6.Patients of Atisara(Drava Mala Pravritti) will not be included.
