Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. People with Stress. 2. Both gender. 3. Willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Participants suffering from chronic diseases will be excluded. 2. Individuals with a history of neurologic disease. 3. Known case of psychiatric disease. 4. Those who are unable to perform yogic practices. 5. Those who take medicine of another disease
