Inclusion criteria: 1.Participants having sacrococcygeal pilonidal sinus diagnosed by clinical examination. 2.Age group-15-40 years 3.Participants with written informed consent/assent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Tuberculosis, HIV, hepatitis, other veneral diseases 2.known case of Bleeding disorders

To compare the cutting effect of Rasanjanadi sutra and Apamarga ksharasutra in Shalyaja nadivrana, assessed by unit cutting timeTimepoint: assessed weekly on 7th, 14th, 21st,28th, 35th, 42nd, 49th, 56th, 63rd, 70th,77th and 84th days.	—

Measure	Time frame
compare the effectiveness of Rasanjanadi sutra against Apamarga ksharasutra on pain (assessed by VAS scale), burning sensation, assessed through grading in Shalyaja nadivrana.Timepoint: all outcome variables will be assessed weekly on 7th, 14th , 21st,28th, 35th, 42nd, 49th, 56th, 63rd, 70th,77th and 84th days.	—
