Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: any patient presenting with hypotension with suspected septic shock and meeting sepsis-3 definition

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Shock of etiology other than septic shock. Status asthmaticus Status epilepticus Acute exacerbation of COPD Advanced liver cirrhosis Child-Pugh C End stage renal disease • Pregnant patient • Moribund patient
