Intervention1: OXYTOCIN + PHENYLEPHRINE: Patients will receive inj oxytocin 10 IU iv and inj phenylephrine 100mcg iv diluted to 10 ml with Normal Saline as soon as baby is delivered. Control Intervent

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who provided informed consent. 2. Age 18-40 years 3. Caesarean section with singleton pregnancy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with contraindications to spinal anaesthesia. 2. ASA III & IV 3. Patients with pre-eclampsia. 4. Patients with Cardiac Disease. 5. History of hypersensitivity to the study drug. 6. Patients undergoing General Anesthesia.

Before the delivery of baby and After the delivery of baby when the drug will be administered HEART RATE SYSTOLIC BP DIASTOLIC BP MAP SPO2 will be recordedTimepoint: Baseline, Every 5 minutes till delivery of baby, Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes after delivery of baby, Every 10 minutes till end of surgery.—
