Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient suffering from osteoarthritis knee (ICD-11-FA01.Z) for more than 3 months. 2. Age 18-65years 3. Patients of either sex or transgender 4. Literate patients; ability to read and write in Gujarati, Hindi or English capability and willingness to give informed consent voluntarily and to comply with the study procedure

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are too sick for consultation 2. Vulnerable population unconscious, non-ambulatory, too sick for consultation, differently abled, terminally or critically ill patients, mentally incompetent people. 3. Diagnosed cases of unstable mental or psychiatric illness or other uncontrolled or life-threatening illness affecting quality of life or any organ failure 4. Pregnant and puerperal women, lactating mothers 5. Patient under tobacco chewing and/or smoking, alcoholism and/or any other form(s) of substance abuse and/or dependence 6. Self-reported immune-compromised state 7. Undergoing homoeopathic treatment for any chronic disease within the last 6 months. 8. Simultaneous participation in any other clinical trial.
