Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients willing to participate in clinical trial 2)Patients having clinical sign and symptoms of pandu 3)Chronicity less than 10 years 4)Virechana yogya 5)Snehpana yogya 6)Who having hb is between 8 to 10gm/dl

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)More than 60 years 2)Virechana ayogya 3)Snehpana ayogya 4)Uncontrolled hypertension 5)K/C/O Severe Heart Diseases, Kidney Diseases, Stroke, Uncontrolled diabetes, K/C/O Pulmonary Dysfunction or COPD. Patients who are not willing to be included in the study. 6)Chronicity of more than ten years. 7)Pregnant and Lactating women. 8)Age less than 18 years. 9)A history of any acute or chronic infectious diseases like TB, AIDS, or other STDs. 10)Patients taking medications like corticosteroids, hormonal therapy, anti- depressants or any other drugs which may affect the outcome of the study. Patients with alcohol addiction or drug abuse.

outcomes will be assessed on the basis of subjective and objective criteria as followings: Subjective criteria Chief complains: 1. Panduta (Pallor) 2.Daurblya 3.Rukshata 4.Pindiko Dwesatan 5.Aayesan Shwas Objective criteria The hematological study, i.e. Hb is taken as the main criteria along with PCV, MCV, MCHC, S. Iron and S. Ferritin will be also assessed. Timepoint: 2 weeks

patients will be assessed by blood investigations hb,mcv,mchc,s.iron,s.ferritin.Timepoint: Assessment and follow up after treatment every week up to 2 weeks
