Intervention1: Intravenous dexamethasone: 8 mg dexamethasone diluted with 3 ml normal saline IV bolus 2hrs prior to the surgery Control Intervention1: Normal saline: 5ml normal saline IV bolus 2 hours

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient above 60 years under ASA 1 2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient contraindicated to spinal anaesthesia Patient with comorbidity Patient receiving steroids for other purpose For those whom 3 ml of 0.5% bupivacine is not appropriate dose
