Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Females diagnosed with primary dysmenorrhea , Age group between 18- 25 years, Females with the level of pain equal to or greater than 5 on visual analog scale, Females with regular menstrual cycles

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Females diagnosed with secondary dysmenorrhea Married females, Females who follow regular exercise routine, Females using oral contraceptive pills, hormonal therapy, Females with irregular menstrual cycles, Females having consumption of NSAIDS during menstruation, Females using home remedies, Females with other conditions that may interfere with the treatment
