Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Athletes in the age group between 18 to 25 years. 2. Athletes who are training at least 3 times a week. 3. With a training experience of at least 1 year. 4. Athletes who are practicing strength training at least 3 times a week. 5. Athletes without a history of injuries for the past three months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Athletes who have experienced cardiovascular or respiratory issues in the past. 2. Athletes experiencing frequent dislocations. 3. Athletes with musculoskeletal conditions of any kind. 4. Athletes with a medical history of surgery. 5. Athletes with any kind of neurological condition experiencing balance issues.
