Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants who play football thrice a week and have been playing football for the past 2 years. Participants who play 5 football tournaments in a year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Recent lower limb fractures and sprains. Recent abdominal surgeries.
