Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient with Low Back Pain without radicular pain and without radiological features of Lumbar Spine pathology.(Non-Specific Chronic Low Back pain for at least 3 months.) Aged between 18 to 40 years. NPRS (Pain Intensity Score between 3 to 8) Both male and female

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Other than Non – specific Chronic Low back pain. Contraindication to exercise. Contraindication to Electrotherapeutic Modality. Patient who is already on Pain Medication. Patient who is already taking Psychological Counselling.
