Intervention1: Indicated Homoeopathic Medicine: All the eligible patients having the symptoms of Heavy Menstrual Bleeding will be prescribed Homoeopathic Medicines. The prescription will be based upon
if the similarity is detected, they will be Prescribed Sepia Officinalis
otherwise, the patient will be Prescribed other Homoeopathic Medicine as per Indication and the symptom Indifference is assessed in all the cases. Homoeopathic Medicine shall be given orally in any Po

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Heavy menstrual bleeding ICD-10 code N92 based on the clinical history or previously diagnosed cases. 2. Those who are willing to give consent 3. Menstrual bleeding lasting more than 7 days. 4. Increase volume soaking through pad and tampon every 1-2 hours for several hours. 5. Passing large blood clots (larger than a quarter or 2.5cm in diameter)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those not willing to participate 2. Oral contraceptive users and using family planning measures 3. Severely anemic women having hemoglobin less than 7 4. Women having hypertension, diabetes, thyroid dysfunction, or any malignancy 5. Women with systemic disorders such as platelet deficiency, leukemia, and immune thrombocytopenic purpura.
