Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: I. Football players II. Age 18-26 III. No previous history of sprain and strain (1month before the study)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: I. Episodes of low back pain one year before the study II. Recent surgery (6months before) III. Any history of fracture (3months before) IV. Previous surgery in hip joint and knee joint (3months before)
