Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA class 1 and 2 patients posted for elective upper limb below elbow surgeries.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age less than 16 years. Infection at the puncture site. Patient refusal. ASA class 3 and 4. Peripheral neuropathy. Surgery in both upper limbs in same sitting. Anticipated difficult intubation. Pregnancy Coagulopathy Patients hypersensitive to lignocaine.
